Why Too Many Start-ups (er) Suck

Very interesting blog post last week by Bob Dorf, co-author of “The Startup Owner’s Manual” (this is one of the books that we’re using at Vol Court this year). The basic premise is that most start-ups fail because they don’t talk to their customers early enough in the start-up process.  Read the post here.
